Through a number of strategic alliances and targeted investments in capacity building in key areas, Hyprops Nigeria Limited now provides Conceptual Design, Front End and Detail Engineering Design, Procurement and Supply Chain Management Services covering items such as OCTGs, Linepipes and Fittings, Marine Hoses, Valves, Completion Accessories etc., Remotely Operated Vehicles, Fabrication, Static and Dynamic Commissioning, pre-commissioning etc., Operations and Maintenance Services, Construction Management Services and EPCI Services on a turnkey basis.

Prior to now, he was General Manager at Index Brook Limited’s group of companies where he also oversaw Pasadena Exploration and Production Company Nigeria Limited, independent Executive Advisor to the Board of Directors of Messrs. Energy Factor Marine and Oil Services Limited, Messrs Brila Energy Limited, Messrs Lodestar Energy Limited, Messrs. Geoworld International Resources and Logistics and. Messrs Ancient International Infrastructure Limited and General Manager Corporate and Development Services at Amazon Energy Limited where he similarly oversaw the strategic planning, performance management, new business development shared services functions.

At Amazon Energy Limited, aside from his oversight roles over the Planning and Performance Management functions at group holding company level, Emmanuel Oversaw Amazon Energy Manpower Services Limited, a Logistics Management and Technical Manpower recruitment subsidiary of the Group, as Executive General Manager-a full P& L role and between May 2010 to his departure from the company, the Group Finance and Accounts Function as Acting Chief Financial Officer

His role with Energy Factor Marine and Oil Services, Lodestar and Brila Energy Limited consisted of him overseeing the identification and development of project opportunities in both the upstream and downstream in Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Cote D’ivoire, supporting the identification of and selection of upstream assets for development, reviewing seismic data reports, preliminary reports from analysis of fluids in place, developing financial models,field development plans, developing feasibility studies for the establishment of modular refinery facilities including financial models for such facilities and strategies for securing financing for the project opportunities.

Prior to rejoining Amazon Energy Limited, Emmanuel worked in a very similar capacity as the Chief Operating Officer of Noble and Marble Investment Limited; a start-up conglomerate with interests in real estate, non-bank financial services, downstream oil and gas product sales, logistics management, business consulting services and foods services.

In his earlier stint at Amazon Energy, Emmanuel was Group General Manager, Management Services Division at Amazon Energy Group Limited. As chief advisor and strategist, oversaw the successful restructuring of Amazon Energy Limited from an entrepreneurship to a more institutionalized entity with established subsidiaries..

Before his first stint at Amazon Energy Group, he was the Head of Process Improvement at Access Bank Plc. There he was involved in a bank-wide business process re-engineering project; he also drove the adoption by the bank, of the Casewise Corporate Modeller, business process modelling platform.

As a Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Emmanuel was involved in a number of client-led organizational transformation projects, where he led project teams in various capacities, for different project streams. Particularly worthy of mention was the Nigerian Exports Promotion Council’s Export Expansion Grant Scheme (EEG), in which he played a critical role during the implementation of redesign initiatives.

Emmanuel was a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers team that developed a global operating strategy for intercontinental bank, and undertook critical analysis of industry dynamics, trends and the operational capacity of competitors.

Emmanuel Led Organizational Culture Transformation and Change Management projects in organizations such as Dangote Group, Royal Exchange Assurance Plc., and Zenon Plc. He also led change implementation-related training, conducted critical organizational surveys and reviews leading to the development of culture transformation activities.

As culture transformation activities transcended grade levels across the different organizations, Emmanuel developed and implemented sponsorship development approaches and organized leadership development or transformation workshops for senior and middle level management staff.

Between 2003 and 2004, Emmanuel functioned as Head of Value Consulting Services (a General Manager Role) at S. S. Afemikhe Consulting Limited and was responsible for developing a consultancy practise focusing primarily at the provision of procurement support, and value for money related audits or studies for the public sector. Key amongst the engagements he participated in was the development of public sector procurement framework, on behalf of the Budget Monitoring and Price Intelligence Unit (BMPIU) of the Federal Ministry of Finance.

Emmanuel was a leading member of the Value For Money Audit team that carried out strategic reviews of Joint Venture Upstream Industry Projects, between 1999 and 2001.

Emmanuel is a certified six sigma black belt, his experience and training covers all aspects of organizational transformation, from strategy development and planning to process eengineering/review, organizational culture transformation, programme and change management.
