Experience in coordinating Process safety Management System (PSM), On-Site safety, and Audit. My experiences covers Risk Management, Pre-Start-up, Management of Change (MoC), Safety studies development, HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/LOPA facilitation, Loss/Fire prevention engineering, Consequence Analysis, Quantitative and Qualitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Scope/Specification/Procedure development, project HSE/regulatory compliance management, and providing safety engineering inputs into engineering design of oil and gas facilities. TUV (Functional Safety) certified and have experience in performing Functional Safety Engineering activities (LOPA, Risk graph assessment, SIL verification, Reliability calculations etc). Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suites, PHAST, and consequence modelling software packages. Experience working in the Middle-East.
