A strong base is essential to build a solid career and that is the reason I decided to graduate in double major of Hospitality in Management which would help me to be a Leader, understand the business and 5 stars standards; PsicologyPsychology has assist me in understanding people, develop them and build strong teams

I believe I am the best candidate for the position of Operations Manager at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche. I have a strong background in 5 stars proprieties both in Resort as well as City Hotels, delivering excellence in Customer Service as well as achieving outstanding financial results.

My main focuses while manager a hotel are my guests and my team. As I was once taught, you keep your team happy, and they would keep your guests happy is a big believe of mine. I can honestly say that I am a fair and firm manager. I like setting realistic roles with and for my team and develop them to reach them all in a timely manner. Honesty is an important part in the communication and helps with the development of the team.

I lead by example and certainly do, as I want it to be done by my team. My strong 5 starts hotel background can help me to understand and keep the standards high by always setting new benchmarks.

I deeply enjoy being on the floor, speaking with my guest and visiting my department. Front of the house Operations management has proved t o me that it improves the guest experience in any hotel and resort as well as the team performance

Growing up in Miami, in such a diverse cultural environment, has taught me how to comfortably deal with both guests and my team in a professional and efficient manner
