After many years of working in the field of Project Planning & Cost Control and Site Supervision &Construction Management, I am now keen to leverage my professional ability and thereby seek new avenues for career prospects in a global organization of high repute. I have a total experience of 13+ years in the field of construction, site management, project planning, costing and scheduling with reputed establishments in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt. After securing my Bachelor (BSc/BA) degree in Civil Engineering from South Valley University,I started my career as a Site Engineer with Talaat Mostafa Holding Group, Cairo, Egypt,sinceJanuary 2004. With successful career progression, currently, I am holding the post of SeniorPlanning&CostControl Engineer (Section Head) with Abdullah A. M. Al Khodari Sons Company, KSA, since August, 2014.

During the course of my tenure, I have developed high level of Managerial and Technical proficiency and led large teams to successfully execute project planning and cost control of several projects in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I also have proven ability to provide site supervision and manage projects with complex construction activities and logistics, involving many construction disciplines. I have deep understanding of finer elements of project planning and cost control procedures such as preparation of project budget, calculation of key financial parameters, monitoring & review and cost control of large projects, updating project cost incurred and estimation of forecasted cost, ensuring estimated cost at completion, preparation of cost reports and identification of the areas of cost over run etc.To sum up, some of my credentials I have to offer are:-

•13+ years of progressive experience inProject Planning, Cost Control and Site Supervision.
•Bachelor (BSc/BA) degree in Civil Engineering from South Valley University.
•PMP Certified Project Management Professional and Risk Management Professional.
