I am Durga N R Sundeep, qualified Master degree holder in Manufacturing Management from BITS, Pilani and currently serving as a Deputy Manager in Ford Motors, India. I hold 11 years of experience in Production planning & control, Global Procurement, Production, after sale services Supply Chain operations and ware house operations. Currently at Ford global business service center I am leading a successful team of twenty members, where I am in-charge of Asia pacific, Africa and Middle East after sale SCM operations of Affiliate and non-affiliate import parts. We are responsible for demand planning,forecasting, Inventory management, Import logistic planning, new launch part readiness, Constrain management, Recall parts management, System improvement & Audit Co-Ordination.
