Being a passionate Agricultural economist and a devoted climate change research with a drive to work towards the better met of society and environment, I have worked 5 years on my thesis “ Effect of climate change on the farm households of Uttarakhand under the guidance of Dr. S.K Srivastava, G.B.P.U.A&T, Pantnagar, India (http://www.gbpuat.ac.in/). I have authored one journal publications and some are in the preparation for publications, I have presented posters and won prizes for my business plan and poster on Livestock effect on climate change. I have represented my University in The climate reality project and south East Asia Youth Conclave. I have over 3 years of substantial work experience in climate change research, designing, planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment of a range of sustainable development projects, Market research, Business development, Trial designing, Data mining and analysis, Baseline and Endline assessments, Social Audits, System development in factories based on Labour laws, Trainings, Proposal writing, Supply chain assessment and evaluation.

In the course of time, I have gained a wide range of field experience, rich exposure as well as received several professional skill development trainings and learnt key lessons which will immensely help me to advance the initiatives and priorities of your esteemed Organization effectively and efficiently. Community mobilization, participatory rural appraisal and strengthening people’s organizations, legal expatriation and system development, Social Audits, Trainings, evaluations and worker interactions and development of is integral parts of my current job profile. projects based on right based advocacy with a focus on women empowerment, innovative education for girls, basic literacy centers for adult learners, sustainable livelihood development through promoting agroecological model of farming and climate smart crops, formation and strengthening of community based organizations, community based biodiversity conservation, Financial literacy, Contract labour management system, Factory System remediation programs, Supply chain assessment etc. also comes under my responsibility.

I have gained experience in the field of program management, training, capacity building, management information system, documentation, programme review and monitoring, project designing and execution, social audits, system and sop development, worker interviews, trainings. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiating and coaching. Highly developed cultural awareness and ability, to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Experience of building personal networks, resulting in securing significant new opportunities for the organisation. Ability to work at multiple levels and with multiple stakeholders.

A very good command in English both written, spoken and can meaningfully communicate at various levels of the organization. My past experience has enabled me to become a good team player, a good leader and communicator and a grassroot worker who is always ready to learn and adapt in any field conditions.
