Work History:
1. Currently Working with a leading brand in FMCG (India's 4th most Trusted Brand) as a Group Head – HR based at Corporate Office in Ahmedabad. In-charge of 6 manufacturing facilities, 8 regional offices handling total staff of 1800 employees PAN India and global presence in more than 61 countries. Company has a global presence with supply network with PAN India presence which also having 100% EOU manufacturing plant. Strategic HR role reporting to ED & Board. Involved as HR Business Partner in the organization mainly responsible for Strategies Deployment, HR Budgeting, Manpower Forecasting and Planning, various HR Policies formulation, Talent Development Program, KRA & KPI based PMS system, CSR Initiatives, IR & Administration etc.
2. From April 2010 to Oct 2013 worked in GHCL Ltd (Dalmia Group), India's one of the largest business conglomerate having presence in Soda Ash, Home Textile & Yarn, Retail Sector (Rosebys India Limited), ITES (C &S Ltd.), as Head – Regional HR of GHCL Limited, Ahmedabad and looking after western India. I was responsible for Heavy Chemical division- Sutrapada (Veraval-Guj) and Home textile Division – Vapi along with two regional offices of Ahmedabad and Mumbai. Instrumental in developing the performance driven corporate culture at GHCL through various modern HR initiatives with scientific approach like KRA based goal setting, PMS, Succession Planning programs, career progression, HIPO(High Potential) analysis, T&D, Flexi work hours policy, CSR etc.
3. Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd.(MDFVPL) was serving as Sr. Manager – HR & Administration from Dec 2006 to April 2010 (FMCG/Food Industry) Responsible for entire Gujarat Operation included 4 plants project which were heading end to end HR and sales force across Gujarat in the capacity of Head HR & Administration reporting to CPO. Acted as a change agent to bring an overall cultural change from a co-operative culture to corporate culture and got exposure in Greenfield project. The role included change management, strategic design & implementation of Competency based Career progression & Succession planning models, Assessment center based Development boards & Talent management, Organization capability building initiatives at different leadership levels, HR Budget – CAPAX/OPEX and Retention initiatives to build an energized & committed workforce with benchmark Engagement index & tangible measures.
4. Suzlon Ltd. as Asst. Manager – HR - from Jan 03 to Nov 06. I was in-charge of HR & Admin function for Gujarat operations (7 greenfield sea costal wind-mill sites) under Gujarat SBU initially based at Pune then at Ahmedabad and was reporting to Head Corporate HR at Pune. Suzlon Ltd. is the biggest in India and 4th largest corporate in the world in the field of wind energy.
5. Essar Oil Ltd. - Sr. Executive – Human Resources reporting to Head – HR – March 00 to Dec 02.I was serving in the Human Resources and Admn. Department of one of the biggest Conglomerate in India – Essar Group (Essar Oil Limited) - Highly corporate cultured MNC group having capital investment of Rs. 17000 Crs. and total manpower of approx. 18,000 including contract labours where the project was in commissioning stage.
