My work experiences have been quite insightful in specialized subjects on a variety of pertinent topics through a whole spectrum of industries: Oil/Gas (Offshore/Upstream as well as Onshore/Midstream/Downstream), Chemical, Consulting, Construction, Iron/Steel, Energy/Power & Telecommunications, while being concentrated more on Mechanical Engineering Design aspects – Piping, Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Compressors, Engines, Turbines, Tanks, Boilers, Blast Furnaces, Lime Kilns, Reciprocating/Rotating Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, other Mechanical Equipment, Design/Engineering Management, Safety & Integrity Assurance, et al. for Process Plants (Petroleum Production, Distribution, Refining, Separation, Pressure Swing Adsorption), Iron & Steel and Power Plants on projects throughout the length & breadth of Asia, Australia & parts of Europe. Besides my core Mechanical & Piping Expertise, am specialized in systematic Innovation & Research. In addition to my insightful work experiences & PhD (achieved in part-time mode while ardently working full-time all throughout), I have also acquired 5+ years of concurrent industrial research and some concurrent teaching experiences (including honorary professorships, many international publications, et al.), all at the same time and all earned through sheer hard work, honest sincerity & perseverance, with a dint of humanity. Sources of my continuous learning also stem from my personal hobbies of innovative prospections, sponsoring underpriviledged kids’ education, regular & emergency voluntary blood donations, etc. Time & again, my Bosses/Supervisors/Professors/Scholars have praised my “Sincerity”, “Exceptional Multitalents”, “Engineering” as well as “Managerial” Subject Matter “Expertise”, “Innovative Ingenuities”, “Organizational Skills”, “Honesty” & “Trustworthiness”, even lauding me as “Neighbour’s Envy, Owner’s Pride” & as “Cream of the Cream” (recommendationsf), an extraordinary team player who passionately & continuously adds to the “Owner’s” competitive advantages in the market. Being an in-born organizer & passionate perfection-seeker, the requirement of this subject role to potentiate state-of-the-art technical excellence, is quite an ideal match to my innate passion & skills, thus causing me to be here for this challenging opportunity congruent to my global career objective (as follows). Thank you very much for your valued time in prospecting on my application.

EDUCATION
Jan 2011 – Jan 2016 University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) Dehradun, India
 Ph.D. in Engineering Design Management: featuring Design & Process Innovations, Business Process Improvements, Business Innovations, et al.
[Master’s level integrated PhD; First Class in Masters; PhD achieved in part-time mode while working full-time; many international Publications; am also an Honorary Professor of MBA at UPES, Dehradun & Amity University, Delhi and, an endorsed trainer for 1 month summer training to BTech (Mechanical) Students of Shiv Nadar University, Noida]
A part of my PhD includes my invented Model (patent pending), developed & validated through industrial research (in largest corporations), which in use, continuously does the following as a minimum: identifies & eliminates non-value adding activities and catalyzes continuous innovations, besides solving other design as well as process/business challenges; the Model does these to any engineering design besides continuously improving the efficiency of that particular design management process; for e.g. through this Model, the design of anything (pressure vessel/piping/pumps/cars/buildings/phones/etc.) gradually becomes leaner & leaner (i.e. simplified/optimized processes, lesser materials, lesser design times, lesser needs of maintenance, etc. leading to lesser cost) while at the same time becomes safer & better (i.e. improved design life/quality at lesser cost, reduced accidents, lower downtimes, increased functionalities/utilizations like multi-use enablements or exploitations of the same design for other process/business requirements, et al. besides catalyzing novel proactive innovations & elucidating new/greater business avenues); thus, my Model systematically & continuously improves & innovates any design and its management (right from pre-FEED/conceptualization stages through installation, as-built & operational stages, besides, self-improving the model itself), encompassing the holistic cycle of any design and its business; thereby, my Model, eliminates Time-Opportunity-Revenue Losses and Continuously Sharpens the Competitive Advantage of the Company employing it.

EXPERIENCE

 At present am working in the Academia as a stop-gap job for the past two months, as faculty of an engineering college, while desperately looking for an industrial job, this is because:
I did my PhD while working full-time, to explore my innate innovative, technical & research capabilities, since all I have wanted the most in life, has been to use my endowed abilities to proactively catalyse positive differences to the society; however, I was not getting any opportunity to use my unique strengths & innovative abilities in my last industrial job abroad, urging me to look for such a suitable window; I then got a job offer from an engineering college to work as faculty but I kept it on hold, while looking for industrial options; however, in the meantime our team in that industrial job was getting dissolved (due to the market downturn) & I was being offered another job in the same company but in an unattractive role profile & at a salary lower than what I felt was necessary for living in that particular country; these state-of-affairs prompted me to accept the academic job offer that I had been offered and I started working as a faculty in the engineering college from September 2017 (as a stop-gap job) while looking out for industrial options.
