Dr Biswadev dash is an academician with Teaching Ph.D Students and also Finance professional having experience of more than three decades in the field of finance, accounting, taxation, auditing and also in various procedure and legal works.. Dr Dash is a Chartered Accountant and have completed Doctoral studies (Ph,D) from Utkal University Department of Commerce & Management. The Doctoral studies was on International Trade in Tax related issue more specifically about the business re-structuring in Mergers & Acquisition (2007). Dr Dash have several papers published in the field of Impact of taxation in FDI to India. Another Research he is doing on evaluation of IFRS in Developing Economies of the world.

Dr Dash professionally have appeared in several forums all over India be it tribunal, Foreign Investment Promotion Board. The taxation and the CLEARANCE that is essential in any project are being handled by Dr. Dash in regard to different steel projects that comes in Odisha.
