Dear Sir/Madam,
Over the last 13 years I have amassed rich hands-on experience in Multichannel Marketing and its use in brand and platform launching at a global level. Having global program management and product management experience on multi-million dollar programs in the areas of health care IT and using it for strategic and tactical planning towards Pre-launch, Launch and Post-launch activities have put me in a position to manage successful global launches in any areas. The base for the experience has been 8 years of project management and client services both onsite and off shore.
Some of my accomplishments over the last 8 years in this field are as follows:
Digital and Commercial Innovation:
• GSK Women’s Horlicks India and GSK Mothers Horlicks- Was instrumental in working on GSK’s Women’s Horlicks with the respective agencies during the initial strategic and developmental phase
• Global Resource Plus Program: Being a consultant for 6 brands of Novartis global, I was able to develop a strategy and lead the implementation and expansion of the paperless congress program in over 25 countries in America and EU. This lead to millions of USD savings to Novartis and has been running successfully for the last 5 years
• CML Earth and Spotlight on MPN: A unique social networking website that was developed for US healthcare professionals and patients alike to interact and provide the much needed social and moral support as they were fighting the disease. This was later localized and made available in 16 languages to cater to EU.
• Virtual Oncology Centre: A highly interactive healthcare professional’s portal that provided centralized online repository of case studies related to various cancer related conditions.
Multichannel Marketing
• Pfizer Global MCM implementation: Successfully been able to implement MCM model in 28 countries over a period of 3 years, spanning 75 brands, 600Reps, and enhanced HCP interaction time from 3 to “8 minutes” with the help of suitable technology and standardized content that is centrally developed and localized. The channels included - [F2F meeting, online meetings, email, SMS, MMS, online Webinars, conferences, Online advisory board KOL meetings, online sample management, etc.]
• Bristol Myers Squibb Global MCM Implementation: Successfully been able to implement the MCM model in 4 countries over the last 6 months specially catering to MSLs productivity in the specific regions for innovator brands
• Ipsen Poland MCM implementation: Successfully been able to support MSL engagement through integrated multi-channel [F2F meeting, online meetings, email, SMS, MMS, online Webinars, etc]
• GSK Turkey MCM implementation: Successfully been able to support OTC products for Dentists through integrated multi-channel

• Born and brought up in Dubai, UAE and completed my schooling there
• Higher Education: M.Pharm, MBA, PhD from reputed universities in India
• Over 10+ years, successfully designed and implemented digital medico-marketing solutions, iOS apps, training modules & digital inputs for 18 of top 20 global clients
• Project manager for over 70 US, Europe and APAC projects for Pfizer, GSK, Novartis.
