Good knowledge in Heat & Mass balance calculations, preparation of PFD, P&ID.
Basic knowledge of ASPEN HYSYS & HTRI software.
Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process.
Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project/operation manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments to ensure that production requirements are met.
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
