Working at Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment, Bangalore as Head of Sales (Grade - GM) for excavators and wheel loaders - Pan India Level. Before that I was heading sales & sales development of 7T & 13T class excavators @ L&T - pan India level level.
I have total 18 years of rich experience in sales, marketing and business development of Indian Construction Equipment domain. I have been leading a team of professionals of diverse culture and have successfully achieved challenging goals and targets. I also have experience of working closely with with different department of factory (planning, assembly, fabrication, SCM, Design, Quality, Accounts, Stores, Cylinder shop etc) for a period of 9 years to ensure customer orders are executed smoothly & expectations are met. Have been part of many teams to develop products for non-standard applications.
I am a mechanical engineer with MEP (2 years course equivalent to MBA) certificate from IIM-Ahmedabad. I was part of Leadership Development Program in L&T (1 year) and as well have undergone Interaction Management for Extraordinary Leaders course in 2015 (1 year) from Development Dimensions International.
I am a quick learner and with my knowledge of factory working environment, handling corporate/retail clients and selling high value capital goods, I am confident that I will be able to contribute to the business growth of the client.
