draft quality assurance policies and procedures
interpret and implement quality assurance standards
review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
monitor risk management activities

Logistic Manager:
Manage all Warehouse and Logistics Operations such as inventory control, shipping/transportation, material handling, fixed assets and receiving.
Oversee the process for incoming shipments from outside vendors, identify the damaged merchandise and ensure that it's inspected into the system.
Ensure all merchandise are transported to the correct branches in a timely manner.
