Completed my PGDM with HR as a specialization from Pune in the year 2011 with a distinction.
Currently, am working as an Officer - HR into a German Multinational namely Bilfinger Neo Structo Private Limited, Surat, Gujarat.
As a part of responsibilities, I handle end-to-end recruitment till senior level management; separation of employees; policy making and implemention; drafting job descriptions for current roles and vacant positions; grievance handling of employees; and other Administative jobs.
