Establish of horizontal and vertical control.
-Responsible for computation of all coordinates and
Elevation used in field work.
-Conduit final checking with the consultant and owners
Representative such as: sanitary waste water collection,
Storm drainage, water lines, irrigation, Clean-out, street
Lighting, joint boxes, low and high voltage sub-station.
-Supervise the installation of all batter board and grid
Lines.
-Responsible for the layout of building structure.

-Conduct final inspection with the consultant and owners
Representative with regards to alignment, elevation,
Verticality and squareness of the building.
-Monitor the concreting activities done in the site.
-Monitor the daily activities of the sub-contractor for daily
Progress report.
-Attend weekly compression test with owners
Representatives.
