Have had experience of working at grass root level in acquiring large chunks of land (400 acres), which included identification of lands, title search, negotiations with farmers, sale deeds and all related matters. Also have had experience in Sale of such large chunks of lands. Have been working as an In House consultant for large and medium sized promoters and Builders handling all legal issues relating to real estate sector.
