As an experienced individual in international hotel chain with 4 and 5 stars rating, I have actively participated in the multi-faced dimensions of operations, gaining experience in pre opening, operational hotel start up, and meeting the daily business challenge.

I'm aware of all the aspects of hotel operations: Sales, F&B (Half Board or All inclusive standards), Rooms, Maintenance and administration. Budgeting process, achieving the goals defined by the annual business plan and budget makes part of my usual task while maintaining a strong customer-service focus.
