I started my career as a soldier. After serving the motherland for 20 years, I have come out in pursue of excellence. And with the Almighty, my skills and attitude with me all along, I have come a log way to learn the nuances of the corporate world. I am thorough with each and every aspect and department of my business. I am a process oriented professional who believes that Once you set up comprehensive processes, the work starts to happen on its own leaving you unimportant and you transform into just a spoke in the wheel you just made! The biggest achievements in my career:
1. Commendation by the Chief of Air Staff (India) for the exemplary contributions in the field of Indigenous Procurement for Aircraft and weapon systems in India.
2. While heading the outbound logistics for Caterpillar (In the capacity of a 3PL), my Chennai Product Distribution Facility was declared best among the 42 Caterpillar PDCs across the globe. I was invited to conduct a Best Practices workshop, By VP PDC (CAT) Mr. Greg Jansen, which was held in Belgium.
3. Setting up of three business units for various employers, which are still running with amazing profits.
