Multiple years experience acquired from working with a Rotating Equipment OEM provides me the necessary skill set that will be highly advantageous in the development of equipment and system continuous improvement initiatives. Worth noting also, is that even though the majority of my 19 years of maintenance and reliability experience is concentrated around “Rotating Equipment”, my multiple years of “Static Equipment” experience will be very beneficial in ensuring my success as Project Manager with your team. This combination has been most beneficial in my career in allowing me to acquire the necessary skill set to succeed at both “Optimizing Existing Reliability Programs and Strategies” as well as “Developing New Grass Root Reliability Programs and Strategies”. Lastly, the various contractual positions I have succeeded at thus far in my career has provided the opportunity to gain valuable expertise at development of reliability programs, tools and standards at a corporate level. This will be most advantageous in this leadership role within your organization.
