Presently I am working with JMC Projects (India) Ltd which is a EPC & Civil arm of M/s Kalpataru Power Group as Regional Finance & Commercial Controller (Eastern India) and looking after Commercial, Finance & Accounts, Costing & budgeting, Working Capital Management, MIS & Taxation matters of all projects located within India and working in SAP environment. Earlier I had worked with Sterling and Wilson Ltd (Flagship Co of Shapoorji Pallonji Group) as Head of Accounts & Commercial, DLF Ltd (as Regional Finance & Accounts Head), Martin Burn Ltd (Sr Manager-Finance & Accounts) and Birla Group Company M/s Halmira Estate Tea Ltd.

I am qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary and having 17 years working experience which includes more than 12 years experience in project business. I have fairly good knowledge in finalization of Project Accounts, looking after commercial part of the Contracts, negotiation with big vendors, Bank Guarantees, LC, Insurance, working capital management, sending MIS to different levels of management and handling taxation matters(both direct and indirect) and audit work.
