I would very much like to be a part of the work that your organization does. That is solving problems—taking things apart, seeing how they work and putting them back together, better. I would love to challenge myself to solve and deliver the technical solutions for the clients to meet their requirements by combining the skills and experience I possess till now and that I will gain in future.
I have 50 months of work experience in IT Business services for Healthcare sector in Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. I have worked as a ETL Developer for Kaiser Permanente (Kaiser Foundation Hospitals) and functioned as an independent Project Lead. The knowledge and work experience gathered helped me immensely to get exposed to various business processes and business functioning.
I have presently work experience in Project Management and business analysis and pre sales role in GAEA Global Technologies for 3 months.
Our team was responsible to provide development and support activities to client’s requirements and to resolve issues related to the smooth functioning of client system. There were multiple functional teams for different applications. I was responsible for looking after the solutions and delivery of developmental work to the client and also coordinating with all these functional teams to find out the root cause, rectify the issues, recommend and design flexible and scalable solutions, and conveying to the client team about the desired changes that were required.
All these tasks made me skilful in coordinating among multiple teams.
I was responsible as a Project Lead to handle a 3 member offshore team (Team Leads). It was my responsibility to handle development and support activities and distribute the workload among the Team Leads. Despite handling multiple technologies I was able to successfully deliver the project level work every time to the client which made client extend their project in other applications to Tata Consultancy Services Private Ltd and also multiple team and personal appreciations and resulted in adhering to 100% SLA months after months.
I have passed my MBA in Marketing and Operations (IT) with dual specialization in the PGPM 1 year course.
With my interest in providing technology based solutions in the development of applications to business and due to my experience as a Project Lead, I am hopeful of meeting your requirements and expectations.
Joining MBA course has helped improve my communication skills, leadership skills, time management.
With the number of case studies done during the course, I am now equipped with better and structured ways to approach any problem or business situation.
