From 01.09.2008 till date.
Work responsibilities: :
AdityaCement is a dry process cement plant with capacity of 1.7 + 3.5+2.5 MTPA .
(Shift Engineer Incharge) Resposible for over all Plant Production from Raw material to Final Cement production as per target KPI's and Quality .
Assigning work to subordinates as per trouble shooting .
Calculate Heat Balance and Mass balance Fuel consumption monitoring .
Plant Overall Efficiency calculation by monitoring False Air , Fan efficiency , Flow calculation , Minimizing the losses and heat balance .
Operation of Kiln , Vertical raw mill, Coal Mill & Cement mill (with HRC) from CCR with DCS (SEMINS CORAS) (FLS Automation ) System.
Production Planning as per power schedule and Maintenance department requirement .
Plant is Equipped with Thyssenkrupp Polysis Line 1 and KHD - II.
Refractory brick installation basically REFRATECHNIK Bricks in kiln , preheater and cooler by having selectivity for various temperatures zones .
Following and implementing Various safety standard--techniques laid by Dupont India.like , PTW, Loto , Environmental Safety .
Prepration and reviewing of Safe work permits.
Budget and refractory Planning as per shutdown requirement .
Working on SAP to Make Production Report , Power report and MIS report formulation , PR and orders .
Involved in Process Modification to reduce the Energy consumption & increase the Continuous running of the plant , Calculation of false air and flue gas .
Plant Operation & Optimization as well as cost reduction through Involvement in Process study & modification.
Maintaining the records as per Management Systems like ISO-9002 & ISO-14001, OHSAS 18001 , ISO 15001 , SA-8000 .
Plant is Equipped with Polysis , L&T , Loesche and KHD - HumboltWedag Kiln and Mills , Polysius Roller press and Cement mill.
There are Two lines in Plant 1 - Kiln capacity of 5000 TPD with 80% Petcoker Plant 2 - Kiln Capacity 8000 TPD KHD- Humbolt at 90 - 100 % Petcoke SLC Precalciner Preheater with pyrofloor clinker cooler.
Analysis of Process & Quality data & history through PI System
Manpower handling as well as job distribution .
