Vendor & Housekeeping
• Maintain close rapport with various vendors for timely deliveries for smooth functioning.
• Manage canteen, housekeeping, lift, electrical & A.C. maintenance vendors.
• Vendor identification, rate negotiation, contract finalization.
• Ensure clarity in agreement on rates, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Develop and utilizes a vendor network and consultants.
Safety & Security
• Implementation of physical security of assets and employees and ensure various compliances.
• Implement & monitor process for all security of employees, vendors, guests and contractors.
• Liaise with security vendor to ensure security standards are maintained.
• To ensure all camera are in working condition.
• Conduct fire safety training and mock drills regularly.
Building & Office Monitoring
• Manage daily activities of housekeeping department for appropriate cleaning of entire office.
• Administering menu recipes rotation, conducting development of new menu, upgrade old menu and special event menu.
• Ensuring employee facilities like seat allocation, water, tea / coffee / drinks, food, reimbursements, logistics are taken care with promptness & quality.
• To ensure upkeep & preventive maintenance of all office equipments, working desks, A.C., tea / coffee vending machines, fire fighting system, etc.
• New office project coordinating and setting up of new office / renovations / interiors and small renovations.
• Ensuring all utilities such as electricity, water, lifts are effectively utilized to save energy & cost.
• Renewal of annual maintenance contract, rent, vehicle, business associate agreements.
• Manage events such as business meets, conferences, picnic, sports day, festival celebrations inclusive of events design, scheduling and on site management.
• Ensuring front desk is operating with proper etiquette, politeness & available at service of employees, visitors & guests.
• Contract for domestic and international courier.
• Maintain all assets related records.
• Inventory management.
• Manage Boarding and Lodging planning and arrangement.
• Property Insurance, tax payments.
Budget Reporting
• Maintain the facility budget, providing billing summaries and expenses report.
• Manage settlements and claims expenses.

Human Resource
• Develop and manage the human resources policy of the organization including project staff.
• Providing leadership for HR management related learning and development.
• Recruitment, staffing, performance management system, staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits administration.

• Ensuring proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents.
