I have 11 years of retail operation experience. I am graduate from Delhi University. Currently I am working as a Store Manager in Retail. I Worked with “Ritu Wear” Shoppers Stop and West Side. I am very well aware about all store operation activity as target vs achievement, Inventory management, People management, training to staff, HR, VM, controlling shrinkage, Maintaining SOP, Reporting, Sale Planning, maintain customer service, Managing store accounts and expanse.
Along with the all store related activity I do buying and manage merchandise for all stores. As a buyer I travel in India and out of country. I have good knowledge of MS Office and excel. I am good in planning and organising which us a good result in achieving our goal.
