Cris Rogers

I am a chartered chemical engineer who is driven by complexity and tight schedules. I specialise in all areas of the design process; pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies (concept development), front end engineering development, detail design, construction and commissioning. I have extensive experience in all of these areas and I can make an immediate contribution to any project at any stage of development. I also have extensive operations experience and enjoy working in the field where my practical experience and problem solving skills come to the fore.

I have 20+ years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, both upstream and downstream. I have worked on all phases of projects on both the client side and the consultant side. Additionally, I have experience in refinery operations and refinery utilities, waste water treatment and fertilizers. I have work experience in six countries – South Africa, Australia, Kazakhstan, Oman, UAE and Saudi Arabia.

My key strengths are my responsible, thorough and detailed approach to all chemical engineering processes or problems so that the most cost effective, safe and suitable solution can always be facilitated. My flexible and open minded nature supports innovative process design development through the discerning evaluation of all conceptual inputs from all involved to ensure successful outcomes for complex engineering projects.

I have proven skills as a leader and I would like to continue in leadership roles. I am a chemical engineering specialist in all chemical engineering processes and I am in no way limited only to the processes that are listed in my CV. I am motivated by process complexity and I am very keen to apply my skills to improve and develop your business. I make an immediate and lasting difference wherever I am employed.
