Present Position is Manager - Project Delivery & Customer Support.
12 Years Experience in Network Management Software Solution (NMS) across multi vendor / technologies.
Company: NMSWorks Software Pvt. Ltd., IIT Madras Research Park. Chennai.

Responsibilities
- NMS Software Project Planning, Progress Review & Monitoring, Delivery & Implementation.
- Customer Relationship Management / Account Manager.
- Responsible for Coordinating with the Client / Vendor on the Software Requirements and Deliverables.
- Manage end to end project delivery.
- Provide 24 x 7 Online Technical Support to Clients to ensure High Service Availability.
- Documentation & Trainings.

Previously, 7 Years Experience in Telecom Network Planning & Deployment in PAN India & Abroad with Telecom Service Providers and OEMs.
2 years working experience in Cairo-Egypt, for Global Digital Satellite Systems GDSS-USA.
In total i have 19 Years of experience.

I am looking forward to work on new assignments now as i have worked for the past 12 years in the same organization on similar projects with the same clients.

I have a valid passport and willing to travel for project related work.
