As a Senior Officer - Plant Engineering at Asian Paints, Kasna I have worked in 2 sections Packaging and Instrumentation Maintenance . As a Packaging Engineer I handled manpower of 15 technicians , and carried out procurement , maintenance , manpower scheduling and carried out CAPEX projects in the section . As a Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer I was handled manpower of 2 technicians and 5 outsourced technicians for breakdown maintenance and calibration . Here I carried out procurement , breakdown maintenance , preventive maintenance , calibration and new logic modifications as per requirement by production team in order to change a certain recipe or to reduce cycle time . I also looked after stamping and statutory testing and carried out CAPEX projects .
