• Leadership and general management: Being a Gerry Roxas Awardee in high school I have displayed leadership at an early stage. Since then, I have held supervisory roles in various multinational companies that I had been connected with. As a leader, I have applied different techniques so as to maximize productivity and most specially maintain a harmonious working environment.
• Technical knowledge: Obtained a Master of Civil Engineering Degree with an emphasis on Structural Engineering and Mechanics at North Carolina State University in the USA. I have achieved more than 11 years of accumulated work experience in various engineering fields such as the academe, precast construction, structural detailing, waste water treatment and oil and gas industry. Placed 17th overall in the licensure examination for civil engineers in the Philippines with a general average of 93.7%.
• Attitude towards work: Hard worker, innovative, systematic, hungry for knowledge and an excellent team player. Delivers results that meet and exceed expectations.
