• Major working experience in Piping & Valve Engineering (preparation of Piping Deliverables List / Package establishment, Input to Piping design basis, Pipe class establishment, Piping Materials specification & other specifications, Review of Metallurgical Selection Diagram (MSD) for Piping, Pipe detail Standard, Valve selection, Datasheet preparation (Valves / Special items), Generate Line list / Valve list / Special item list & Vessel trim list, Calculations, Package purchase specification, Purchase requisition (RFQ), Bid Evaluation, Vendor documents review & follow up, Client / Inter-discipline documents review, Technical query (Design / HAZOP / Site) reply, Issue NCR/ TDR to client.

• Discipline / Interdiscipline documents / drawings review to ensure project specifications / compliances implied.

• Extraction of MTO with design group, MTO checking & tracking and co-ordination with procurement & site requirement.

• Good understanding of P & ID & working knowledge of Plant / Piping Layout.

• Inspection and Testing of Piping and Valve package items.

• Having Site exposure as well.

• Piping input to Planning & Tender during Proposal stage of project.

• Done Technical Audit for Prequalification of vendor.

• Piping Integrity checking at Interface for Brownfield project.

• Supervision, review of documents, piping progress report input to project management and schedule planning and progress follow up.

• Having exposure to various international codes, Standards (ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API, NACE, PED, IS, MSS, NORSOK)

• Having familiarity & working exposure of Various COMPANY / PROJECT specific documents (SHELL Dep’s, SHELL MESC’s, ZADCO, ADCO, QP, STATOIL TR’s, TR2000, BAPCO and CONOCOPHILLIPS).

• Having co-ordination with various Local / International suppliers, 3rd party approver agency (DNV, TUV & TI).
• Having effective Leadership / resources handling skills & Mentoring abilities.
