Posses Fifteen years of experience in Automobile industry, of which 13 years in Service Field as a Divisional Manager, Sr. Manager Service and Service Manager in Manufacturer and also with dealers, managing a team of Service Manager, Supervisors and Technicians. About one year as a Service Technician in after sales service, carried out Mechanical and accident repairs of small and mid size segment cars of Maruti, Daewoo, Fiat, TATA and GM, ensured timely delivery of solutions to the problems and met customer requirements. About one year as Quality Control Engineer in production industry manufacturing gears and gear-drives, maintained quality of products as per the requirements.

Posses in depth knowledge of Service Operations, Technical Training, Problem detection, failure analysis and rectification of critical problems concerned with small and mid size segment cars.
