I have graduated Wine Production Technology and Viticulture Section department of Sarköy Vocational Technical College, Namık Kemal University.
I have studied about winemaking techniques, wine culture and wine-food harmony from Prof. Dr. Nihat AKTAN who is very famous wine specialist in Turkey. I have Sommelier certificate from Dr. Robert Eckert University, Regensburg, Germany which has Euro pass specialty. I took sommelier course as guest student from Munich University. I have trained from Bürgerspital factory's (Wurzburg, Germany) winemaker about wine making technologies and wine tasting. I gave a speech at a meeting named "World White of Red Color" about wine status at Turkey in Germany, Munich. After that I took some lessons at Prague, Czech Republic from Head Sommelier Ales Pokorny who is member of National Sommelier about wine service and wine making at Czech Republic. I joined a seminar about wine making techniques in Czech Republic. I took some lessons at Val D'oca wine factory about sparkling wine and dry wine making and food harmony. After these trainings, I gave a speech about sommelier education at 1st National viticulture and wine symposium at Denizli, Turkey. I took a course as guest student at Enology division, Bordeaux University 2, France. I had opportunity of joining a lot of wine course and Chateau at France. I have a certificate of Wine Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level1 and Level 2 in from Londan.
