• B.Tech.in Mechanical Engineering with 22 years field experience in Pre Commissioning, Preservation, Commissioning, Leak Testing, Installation, Startup, Mechanical Maintenance, Trouble shooting, Turnaround of all types Rotating Equipment’s in Oil and Gas Onshore and Offshore plants.
• Developing pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures. Coordinate of interdisciplinary interfaces and materials. Managing the commissioning team. Undertaking systems walk downs and generating punch lists. Handles progress reporting at all levels.
• Ensuring close out of punch lists. Supervises commissioning field activities. Prepares the commissioning dossiers. Ensures safe execution of all commissioning activities through the application of the work permit procedure. Defines commissioning work packages and prepare the relevant procedures with the assistance of discipline engineers.
• Provide adequate commissioning documents such as redline drawings, commissioning packages, drawings, spare parts lists, equipment Operating and Maintenance manuals, plant operating and start‐up manuals and calculation records to client. All commissioning activities for all systems until handover to operations to ensure objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
• Proven management and leadership skills. Comprehensive working knowledge and experience of all commissioning activities and procedures in relation to the relevant Piping and Mechanical disciplines. Ability to review engineering design drawings and undertake commissioning readiness reviews. Liaise with operations team in preparation to commission and handover systems / sub systems and equipment.
• Facilitate the timely completion of all commissioning activities in a consistent manner and deliver all scopes through to start-up and close out within the given time frames and allocated budgets. Able to all commissioning activities are conducted as per health, safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures, project specific HSE and Quality plans and agreed interfacing requirements with sub-contractors, and others as appropriate.
