*Incoming welding consumable inspection and review of consumable batch test certificate & Lot numbers. Preparation and updating of consumable records batch wise.

*To Review Welder qualification as per standard.
*Monitor and maintain control records for Welding Consumable and Welder Performance Record.
*Conduct welder qualification test as per standard at shop.
* Monitor welding activity Shop and field.
*To Conduct Fit-up inspection as per drawing.
*Check Welding Consumable as per Approved WPS.
*Before start welding to check Preheat as per WPS.
*During Welding to monitor Interpass temperature And Welding sequence.
*After finish welding to Conduct Visual Inspection
*To prepare NDT request
*Interpretation of Radiographic Film and found out defects.
*To prepare all related document and get approval from client
*Witness Pneumatic test , hydro test and complete document
* To attend Join line walk through with client.
