III NE, AWS, API-1104, API-934A, API-582, EN288-3, EN-287, NACE and Customer specifications for various welding processes particularly SMAW, SAW, GTAW, FCAW, ESSC, SASC for various grades of Carbon Steels, Low Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels, Duplex Stainless Steels & Inconel for groove, overlay and tube to tube-sheet welding.

• Identify criticalities of Project such as;
- Planning for Raw Material, Equipment, Process, Manpower and Product Quality to meet the delivery schedule with code/client requirement.
- Planning and estimation of new welding procedures, performance qualifications and welding consumables for different materials like CS, LAS, SS, DSS, SDSS and Titanium (Groove / Overlay / Tube to tubesheet welding)
- Testing and purchase requirement for welding consumables through Technical Delivery Condition.
- Selection of welding process and consumable to prevent the failure of product.
• Coordinating with the internal/client representatives and performing regular welding audits at vendors’ location. Analyzing audit observations and recommending improvements for better work system pertaining to production welds.
