Am currently leading Sustainability, Business Excellence and CSR initiatives across three business units (Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Limited, Aditya Birla Retail Limited).

I have over 28 years of work experience across multiple industries, multiple functions and across 2 countries.

I have deep domain expertise in Production, Projects and Six Sigma Quality. I have also gained work experience in Sourcing, Business Development, SAP implementation & Sustainability.

My work experience encompasses the following industries : Petrochemicals, Polymer Processing, Business Process Outsourcing, Financial Services, Telecom, Electronics and Retail.

I have been Certified as a Master Black Belt by General Electric Company (GE) and have obtained Chartered Engineer status from the Engineering Council, UK.
