• Preparation of client bill as per drawing by using AutoCAD & site record according to site progress & takeoff all quantities as per drawing with AutoCAD.
• Study of working drawings, BOQ, contract, tender specification, and drawing
• Preparing invoice, rate analysis for extra items and to finalize the same from clients.
• Providing timely inputs for budget preparation & cost estimation.
• Preparation of back to back reconciliation statement for all items, materials on Microsoft excel.
• Quantification of material required for the project.
• Verification of agencies bills as per drawing & with respect to site measurements.
• Co-ordination with site engineer regarding site progress & contractors bill.
• Co-ordination with contractors, consultant, client & preparation of daily site progress report & reporting to superior, consultant & client.
• Preparation of bar bending schedule & coordination with bar bending contractor.
• Remeasure all measurements of RA Bills.
• To make proper planning for every activity as per time allotted by clients.
• To verify every activity from clients at the time of execution.
