As a senior management professional with MBA- Marketing along with over 19 years’ track record in India and the Middle East, having significant exposure in operations management, strategic business planning, profit centre operations, sales channel management, retail & project sales, market development, marketing and brand promotions, team management and customer service. Presently associated as Division Manager – Consumer Products- Electronics /Audio-Visual Solutions / Appliances / Pay TV services -OSN, Al Jazeera, beIN Sports / E-commerce / Marketing & Promotions with Al Muftah Trading, Qatar (Al Muftah Group), I am involved in division overall profitability by retaining/ enhancing existing market share, financial management, inventory control, brand & channel development, market expansion, acquiring new projects, team motivation and customer service for related categories.The major brands handled are Sharp, Daewoo, Black & Decker, NEC, Epson, Hitachi and many more. I am also involved in enhancing, restructuring effective channel network, preparing/ evaluating annual marketing plans with each division / department.

Earlier associated as Divisional Manager / Profit Center Head (from 2002 to Nov 2013) with Oman Modern Electronics Co., Muscat (Al Hashar Group), Muscat, Oman. I was involved in sales & marketing / after sales service /business development operations for consumer electronics, home appliances, kitchen appliances., business equipment products & document management solutions, automated storage solutions etc. It included brands like Sharp, Ariston, Rinnai, OMEC-Daewoo, Kardex, Mastergas, Whiteline, Lexmark, Frigor, Denmark, Voltas, Symphony, Lifesize, Mitsubishi; managing administrative aspects related to preparing budgets, business plans, reporting, sales channels and general management.

In India, I worked for Godrej Appliances Ltd, Mumbai and BPL Ltd, Bangalore & Mumbai wherein handling various regional and country based sales and marketing assignments.
