Job Description:

- Supervise coordination of architectural Drawings, electrical, Fire, Plumping, mechanical works (MEP)

- Supervision/execution, checking and assuring that the construction is as per the final issued for construction drawings and project specifications.
- Preparation & submission of Daily & Weekly, monthly Progress reports

- Purchasing of materials required for construction by coordinating with suppliers / vendors / contractors.

- Followed up the work progress on site

-.Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q) preparation & analysis.

- Verify MB sheets given by contractors for billing.

- Coordinated with the client, contractors & office.

- Followed up health and safety environments (HSE) regulation.

- Responsible for investigation and checking of the sites for the project.

- Handling the construction layout and map designing.

- Prepared monthly reconciliation- material and laboure Quality control..

- To ensure the quality of the product used in the construction.

- certifying Sub Contractor's Bills.

- Reconciliation between estimated quantity and contractor's billed quantity.
