o Submitting bids for Airlines Catering Tenders, online & documented.
o Preparation, verification & release of Product Cards of all the Airlines.
o Preparation, verification & release of Catering Orders for respective Airlines to Production, Operations and Stores.
o Preparation, verification & release of respective Airlines meal rates to Catering Managers, Accounts and Internal Audit department.
o Monthly MIS report, inclusive of Food cost report.
o Monthly Load Factor Report of the respective Airlines.
o Monitor & report on applicable Rate increases for the respective Airlines, for both Mumbai & Delhi operations.
o Monitor & report on overproduction, pilferage and over indenting.
o Verify & approve the monthly invoices of the Airlines in contract.
o Monitoring monthly orders of Meat, Poultry and Sea Food items.
o Verify & approve Suppliers invoices.
o Supervise and Mentor the Cost Control & Production Control teams
o Monitor & report on non-moving & slow moving items in stores.
o Monitor & report on the Stores Issue Summary of raw materials to different departments.
o Monitor & report EMC (Entertainment) & Complimentary issued in comparison with previous month.
o Periodic yield test of raw materials..
