• General Administration & Management
• Preparation and submission of management reports/analysis as and when required by client
• Assistance to Client - FM for preparation of Annual Budget
• Oversee operation and maintenance of facilities; M&E matters, conference rooms, resolving operational issues, etc
• Monitoring of M & E activities around 08 Lack sq. feet corporate area.
• Planning men and materials for Routine preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, annual shutdown of all the equipment’s and machineries includes Power Distribution Boards, U P S, All type of Air-conditioning Plants, HT and LT Panels, raw water and Fire hydrant system, water softeners etc.
• Preparation of reports - which includes Incident reports, Rout cause analysis, risk assessments, Daily reports, weekly reports, MMR reports, QBR report, PM schedules.
• Carrying out renovations and the Projects, which are approved by the management.
• Co-ordination and good public relationship with state and central government agencies like, Pollution control board (KSPCB), Electricity Board (BESCOM), BWSSB and Electrical Inspectorate,
• Work towards ‘ZERO’ down time and set up the practices to ensure the delivery of seamless service to Clients.
• Analyzing Single Line Diagrams ( SLD’s ) and Drawings of all HT, LT & DB’s wiring, Panels Control wiring, Power Cabling, Electrical Equipment’s, Civil & Plumbing.
• Planning & Executing Internal Projects with the Vendors.
• Knowledge of energy billing, all the Documents required for Handing over & Taking over of New Office Premises also snagging and DE snagging activities for the same.
• Coordinating with IT Department Heads, Operations Head, and Help Desks & Soft Services teams.
• Periodic check up with AMC vendors and follow up as per schedule work being executed.
