• Hands on experience in Structural and Pipe fabrication Execution, Line Pipe Production planning and control (LSAW and Spiral Plant), LSAW Operation , Project & Equipment manufacturing planning, Fabrication and Machining Processes, budgeting / Capex Preparation, Procurement, Techno- Commercial assessment ,resource management and manpower supervision, Project Erection and Commotion in the manufacturing environment.
• End to end execution of projects dealing skill with setting up the manufacturing facilities and implementing innovative concepts for process improvement.
• Project planning and controlling, Scheduling and execution at Micro level with using a technology of SAP PS and other software.
• Managing work to be accomplished by studying customer instructions, blueprint required specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, sub assemblies, tools, and materials
• Guiding for product costing, pricing, quotation analysis and Techno commercial comparison between alternatives.
• Maintaining coordination with cross functional departments for smooth functioning and accomplishing production as per customers’ requirement & organizational guidelines.
• Leading review meetings to monitor progress of the production as per schedule, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality norms for the same.
• Ensuring quality product delivery; managing overall operations involved in production planning including coordinating in marketing, manpower management, supplies and up-time of equipment.
• Vendor development skill to set best vendor network for various procurement, Controlling and monitoring them for all Project related procurement or activity.
• Expertise in building/optimizing organizational processes along with deploying enhancement measures to maximize efficiency for optimum productivity, while meeting business objectives & vision.
• Knowledge for dispatch the export consignment with client terms and condition, mode of dispatch with floating containers requirements with load carrying capacity, Layout, lashing and chocking plans.
