I have 16 years of experience in the area of Corporate Finance, Project Evaluation, Financial Modelling, Finalization of Accounts, IFRS, IGAAP, SFRS, Canadian & US GAAP Compliance, Taxation, Techno-Commercial functions, Commercial negotiation, MIS, Budgeting, Cost control, Working capital management, Auditing and SOP & Internal control systems and procedures formulation and implementation, ERP implementation (SAP, MS Dynamics NAV, Incadea) and Legal compliance.
