Covering the following modules: legislation and regulation, safe use and inspection of cranes, lifting operation, planning a lift, Main components of crane, visual check,
Function test, load test, stability, load capacity, load indicator check)

-Making wire rope slings & proof load testing
-Inspect wire rope in according with BS 1290 , BSEN13414
and doing selection for wire rope to check stability of the loads
-Making wire rope termination by using wirelock ( pouring socket )
-Inspect shackles in according with BSEN 13889
-Inspect webbing slings in according with BS EN1492
-Inspect all of lifting gear (snatch block , turn buckles , eye bolt , chain , hook ,chain block , lever hoist , etc )
-Inspect Baskets according to standard BSEN 12079, BS 7072
-Carried out MPI of client’s equipment
-Load test for pad eyes
-Inspect rigs ( EDC rigs , sino tharwa rigs ,saipem ,etc )
Covering the following: - MPI for the Mast joints, pad eyes, sub base, critical parts

- inspect raising line, all of rig wires
- Rig lifting gear,
-Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Measurements experience
-Experience in using load cell , water bags (load test tools )
