I am responsible for managing all documents of the project including drawings, method statements, procedures, specification and correspondences such as letters, MOM and technical queries. During my tenure at Essar, I led the document control, I have setup the documentation process by communicating with our project management team, engineering team, quality control, other various departments, subcontractors and joint venture (Saipem) to ensure all documents are being transmitted with the proper document numbering as per client standards and procedures. I maintain document register and generates weekly reports for document status as well.
