I am a senior management and IT professional with 16+ years of diversified experience in enterprise wide project management initiatives, business analysis, business system design and optimization from a strategic and technical standpoint. I am seeking a position to contribute twin benefits of acquired industry expertise and infrastructure know-how to catalyze organizational excellence.
As my CV demonstrates, I have diverse experience in spearheading key applications and projects for telecom, banking and government agencies in the realm of process automation and support, call center and customer management and e-governance respectively. In addition to the same, my proven ability to implement standards and strategies for management of projects and IT initiatives under purview, which in turn improved business functionality has stood me in good stead across all the organizations I have served such as e-government Authority, Ithmaar Bank, Batelco and MTC Vodafone among others.
My key skills include operations management, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, infrastructure development, process mapping and control, portal design and management, training and development. What deserves a special mention is that I am a pioneer in the region for development of applications in the contact center and IPT stream on the open source Asterisk Unified Communication System and many prominent government entities in the region such as Ministry of Justice, Bahrain, National Records and Archives Authority, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Guard of Oman, Royal Court Affairs in Oman are currently using applications I have developed.
