Prior to my experiences working as day to day operations, being a part of project management and
Engineering I am potentially set up the growth objectives, contribution and project delivery.
As Document Controller for the couple years I have been employed in a busy role where I am required
to support and providing the project management and all engineering discipline. Maintained Outgoing
and incoming documents, IFC Drawing Isometric, MOM, NCR, FCN, RFI, CVI, RFM and IFC Transmittals,
Letters, and Project Quality Plan & Vendor Data Books. Register Incoming and Outgoing
Correspondence, Letters and Transmittals into Log Sheet and Cross Checked Discrepancy with the Client.
Distribution of all Documents to Sub-Contractor’s and Discipline. Monitor the Progress of Documents
with an appropriate action when missing and Overdue. Managing EDMS as per client requirement as per
the manager line instructions. Receiving and Distribution of all documents drawings, Plot Plan, P &ID,
Progress Flow Diagram and Schedule Level. Expedite all documents return with approved, approved
without comments, Not Subject for approval, Revise and Resubmit, with comment (for Vendor Doc.) Not
acceptable & No Comment (for Vendor Doc.) Coordinating activities related to the document procedure
including technical issues. Managed shop assembly drawing and Erection AG and UG, as built drawing,
Method of Statement. Create document procedure, assisting engineering discipline, supporting project
management and clerical job. Generate the daily progress report and submit to the project manager.
