1. Total responsible for Planning, execution, testing, commissiong, quality and safety of MEP work at site .
2 .Preparation of Material requirement and indent rising as and when required.
3. Planning and execution of building services works like electrical, Fire Fighting system, HVAC System ,DG, lifts, BMS, Power supply for HT, LT systems works.
4. To guide the team on safety measures and ensure that safety awareness Programs will be carried out on schedule basis.
5. To lead team of Electro-Mechanical work at site and supervision and maintenance at site.
6. To check quality of received material as per indent / specification while receiving in store.
7. Reconciliation of MEP material used at site, preparation or verification of MEP sub-contractor’s bill at site.
8. Preparation and certification of MEP Measurement from client, Co-ordination between sub-contractor and client for smoothly working at site.
9. Follow-up with client for getting drawing as per planned schedule, attending the weekly meeting with client and sub-contractors for monitoring the work and solving the day to day problem at site.
10. In addition to above, any other task assigned to me from superior done time to time.
