 Two-dimensional conceptual sketches from beginning of the design process to finalize the product.
 Creation of product, Assembly, Sheet metal, Arrangement and Tabular drawings for manufacturing using AutoCAD, Pro E, Creo, Solid Works & Teamcenter.
 Preparing the General Arrangement of the product & prepare the Detail Drawings and Bill of Material for Production, Quality, Assembly & Vendors.
 Allocation and control of new part number & chart number for manufacturing drawing.
 Modification of existing product drawings based on Engineering Change Notice (ECN).
 Maintaining Documents and Drawings as per standards.
 Key Knowledge in GD&T and Stackup Analysis taking practical application into consideration.
 Knowledge in basic of piping components and its types, shapes, sizes and materials, Piping isometric, P&ID, PFD diagrams, piping insulation, Piping supports & hangers piping code & standards and over view of piping.
 Maintain the latest input drawings in the form of both soft and hard copies.
 Professional experience in the field of design and development of Mechanical systems, Special Purpose Machine components, Sheet metal elements, Jigs & Fixtures, Machining process and Sheet metal forming process.
 Achieving the process saving & cost reduction by Improvement in existing product design.
 Coordination with erection team if they have problems or any quarries regarding the new product.
 Working experience in preparing the Cost Estimation and Technical Proposals as per the Project requirements.
 Knowledge in Quality Assurance & using all Basic Inspection Instruments and Records maintained.
 Basic knowledge of Six Sigma & theirs calculations.
 Maintaining 5S methodology during work.
 Checking and monitoring the progress to improve the process to achieve company goal.
