Roles and Responsibilities:

 Provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of company equipment’s (Construction Equipment’s Scissor lifts, man lifts, duct lifters, Fork lift, Mobile lifting crane, generators and Hiab truck.)
 Conduct the third party inspection for all equipment’s.
 Coordinate with procurement department for spares parts purchasing raising FR, PR, and PO.
 Maintain all documents for equipment’s.
 Provide the power tools servicing and maintain schedule.
 Maintain & Servicing all types of lifting tools (webbing slings, chain hoist)
 Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.
 Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.
 Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
 Work with management to develop equipment specifications for next generation products.
 Work with Specialists to design and develop new equipment.
 Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes
 Provide 24x7 supports for troubleshooting equipment.
 Develop cost-reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality and productivity.
 Ensure preventative maintenance and repairs of all material handling systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
 Hire, direct, coach and mentor staff to ensure performance targets are being met.
 Ensures that all staff subordinates are suitably trained/qualified/licensed for the various tasks and jobs they must complete. This includes but not limited to, fall arrest, confined space entry, hot work permits, fire extinguishers, lift truck operation, etc.
 Plans, organizes, implements and monitors work schedules/external suppliers consistent with the normal needs of the plant and special projects.
 Development and achievement of budgetary and cash flow goals to ensure the long-term viability of the plant.
 Ensure site compliance to all labor, safety, and environmental regulations.
 Prepare management reporting as required.
 Ensure that Health and Safety requirements are being met by supporting and participating in regular Health & Safety meetings.
FANS & BLOWERS MAINTENANCE:

 Cooling tower fan, ACC Fan, ID, SA, PA fans overhauling and gearbox maintenance.


CRANE MAINTENANCE:

 Mobile Lifting Crane, Tower Crane and EOT crane/Hydra up to 12Ton 220 Ton
 Mobile Cranes up to 50 Ton, Make: KOBELCO, CATERPILLAR, OMEGA, ACE, etc,.

CONVEYOR HANDLING:

 Baggage Handling system like Conveyor Belts, Tooth Crusher, Impact crusher, Primary vibrating & Secondary vibrating screen ,Drag chain feeder, vibrator motor.


DIESEL & PETROL ENGINE EXPERIENCE:

 All type Diesel & Petrol engine Model V-8,V-10 & V-12, Make Duets Fork lift.
 Automatic gear box, Power steering Crane up to 150 T capacity.
