3. Extensive knowledge of Building Maintenance and MEP Works.

5. Excellent communication skills with troubleshooting, analytical & problem solving capabilities.
6. Site supervision and delivery of works within budget and on time.
7. To perform the assigned jobs in strict compliance using company.
8. Ensure that all sites activities are carried out in accordance with ITP’s, standards and specifications.
9. Prior to concrete pouring, ensure that all the required tests are conducted, (i.e., slump test, etc) and all batch plants documents are in place.
10. Review project turnover packages and maintain update of the quality control records and ensure correctness.
